Free Flu vaccination for HBF members
HBF health members get a free flu vaccination at Riverview Pharmacy. No appointment is necessary, come in and present you HBF member card and the email to receive a free vaccination.
Here are some tips to protect you from getting the flu this winter:
- Get your flu vaccination
- Wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol sanitiser frequently
- Stay away from people who are sick
- Cover your cough
- Stay away from work when you’re sick
- Boost your immune system by staying healthy, doing gentle exercises, having a healthy diet, and supplement on vitamins, minerals and probiotics where necessary
